Managing Partner
Andy founded Meraki Human Capital to help a greater number of companies accelerate growth, leveraging his 25 years of leadership in corporate, retained executive search, human capital consulting and thought leadership across industries and functions.
Prior to founding Meraki Human Capital, Andy led Executive Recruiting across a 14 country Americas region at Kantar, a $3.3B Bain Capital portfolio company, helping them transform from a legacy siloed multi-divisional market research conglomerate, to the leading technology-enabled, product-led, data, analytics and insights advisory in the world.
Andy learned the art and science of executive search at Russell Reynolds Associates as part of their Global Technology Practice in Boston during the dot-com boom. He went on to work with leading boutique retained search and leadership advisory firms. In 2016 Andy moved to the client side as Head of Executive Recruiting where he created and led an internal executive recruiting and assessment process at Delaware North, one of the largest privately held hospitality, foodservice, & restaurant companies in the world.
Guiding thought leadership as speaker and moderator, Andy has spoken on Talent Leadership at Arizona State, Florida International University, Georgia Tech., Southern Methodist University, University at Buffalo and University of Pennsylvania. He has presented to global audiences on comprehensive onboarding, engaging and retaining talent, succession and advancement, and executive compensation. He is a Featured Guest Expert in the book: Onboarding – How to Get Your New Employees Up To Speed in Half the Time. By George Bradt and Mary Vonnegut (Wiley, 2009).
Andy earned a BS in Human Resource Management from Ithaca College and an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
